Delete your Zyva account

In the app

1. Open Zyva and go to Settings.
2. Under Danger zone, tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. A waiting period of 72 hours starts, and you get a receipt.

Without the app

Write from the email address of your account to [email protected] with the subject “Delete account”. We confirm your request and start the same process. TODO: confirm the inbox, and add a web form if planned

What happens next

During the 72 hours you can cancel in the app. After that we erase your account and all data linked to it: reports and original files, values, summaries, supplements and scans, your profile, your consents and the Cloud Backup of your key. Devices that are signed in are signed out.

We keep only a deletion certificate with counts and no content, to show that the deletion happened. TODO: how long the certificate and server backups are kept
